My Favourite Photos of Peñíscola, Spain

In hindsight, I enjoyed my time in Peñíscola, Spain, more than I thought. Arriving there after a long day of travel, the grey skies and streams of elderly people had me questioning my decision as the bus pulled up.

Two weeks along the coast before my further travels ended up being just what I needed. Heading out with my Lumix GX85/80, these are the three photos that ended up being my favourite captures. Funnily enough, they’re mostly to do with elderly people or activities, although I think a few youthful fishermen might beg to differ.

I’ve been told I’m an old soul, and at times I feel that way. Capturing these images made me think getting old might not be so bad, especially considering how swaggy the gentleman with the Zimmer frame is dressed.

Let’s hope my next set of favourite images is full of knee slides and flame t-shirts, although I’m not sure where in the world I’d need to travel to to photograph such a combination…Blackpool?
